ORDER PROCESS
- From the catalogue in our website, select the products you would like to order and send us the products names or products code numbers and quantities of those products by mail. And,
- Send us your additional information such as your destination address/zip code/shipping method to handcraftdriedflowers@gmail.com/natural@handcraftdriedflowers.com to get the quoted price.
- We will send you a personal quotation for your final approval then we will send the pro forma invoice.
PAYMENT PROCESS
- Payment could be done via bank transfer or Paypal is acceptable.
- Please pay all bank charges outside India, Including correspondent bank charges.
- We need to make advance payment for order confirmation and then pay the remaining amount before shipping the product.
- The percentage of advance payment is negotiable.
- Production will start after payment confirmation.
- Lead time is between 15-45 days after order confirmation (Duration varies by quantity, seasonal period, order queue, product type).
ORDERING COMPLETION
- Our sales person will inform you the loading date.
- We will require remaining balance payment before we load your order.
- Once we receive the payment, we will mail & courier you all the shipping documents.
